How I handle a project.
Every project follows the same six-step rhythm — designed to keep both you and me confident about scope, schedule and spend.

Enquiry & discovery
You send a short brief. A 30-minute call follows to discuss scope, references and deadline. I send back a written quote and timeline.

Booking & contract
A written agreement covers scope, licensing, revisions and payment terms. A 50% retainer secures your slot in my calendar.

Research & thumbnails
I gather references and prepare 2 — 4 thumbnail directions before any rendering begins.

Drafting & revisions
The chosen direction is developed into a tighter sketch and colour rough. Two structured revision rounds are included.
05
Final render
Full rendering pass with attention to print spec, lighting and detail.
06
Delivery & license
Final balance invoiced. Once cleared, I release the final files in the agreed formats with a written usage license.
