Delivery Policy.

I deliver fully digital products only. I do not ship physical merchandise. Final files are delivered electronically via a secure download link sent to the email address on file with the booking.

Standard delivery formats are: logos and brand work in vector (SVG, PDF, AI) plus PNG and JPG at requested sizes; illustrations in layered PSD / Procreate source and flat PNG/JPG at print resolution; comic pages in layered source plus print-ready PDF. Alternative formats can be agreed in writing before delivery.

An estimated delivery date is included on every signed quote. Typical lead times are 1–3 weeks for logos, 2–6 weeks for character work and longer for multi-page comics or full identity systems. Timelines start the working day after the deposit has cleared and the brief is signed off.

Final files are released for production use only after the Client has approved the final preview and the closing balance has been settled. Until that point, preview files are watermarked and licensed for review only.

If a delay is caused on my side, I will notify the Client in writing as soon as I am aware. If the delay exceeds two weeks beyond the agreed delivery date and is not caused by the Client, the Client may cancel the remaining project and receive a refund of any sums paid in excess of the work delivered to date.

Projects can only progress when the Client provides feedback and approvals on time. If a Client does not respond within 30 days at a review stage, I reserve the right to pause the project and invoice the work completed up to that point. The project can be reopened later subject to current availability and rates.

I keep delivered final files for 24 months after delivery. Within that window, you can request a re-delivery free of charge. After that, please contact me — I will do my best to retrieve them but cannot guarantee availability.

Because all deliverables are digital, there are no shipping fees, no customs charges and no physical delivery addresses involved. If a printed proof or original sketch is requested as part of a project, shipping is quoted and invoiced separately.
