Acceptable Use.

This policy applies to anyone who visits this website, submits an enquiry through the contact form, or uses artwork I have created under a delivered license.

You may browse this website for personal, informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reupload, reframe, scrape, mirror or republish website content, including portfolio images, without prior written consent.

I do not accept project requests involving: hate speech, harassment or content that targets a group based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality or disability; sexually explicit material involving real or implied minors; content that incites violence or self-harm; deceptive material designed to defraud third parties; or any artwork intended to impersonate a real person without their consent.

Clients must hold the rights to any reference material, logos, brand assets or character designs they supply. I will refuse to reproduce or trace third-party copyrighted artwork, registered trademarks or character designs without documented authorisation.

Artwork I deliver to Clients is licensed under the scope agreed in writing on the project quote. Use beyond that scope (additional territories, products, channels, durations) requires a separate written agreement. Resale or sub-licensing of artwork as standalone stock is not permitted.

Delivered artwork may not be used to train, fine-tune or seed machine-learning or generative AI models, datasets or styles without an explicit written agreement signed by me.

The contact form is for genuine project enquiries only. Automated submissions, scraping, bulk solicitations and unsolicited sales pitches are not permitted and may be blocked.

I reserve the right to decline or terminate any project that breaches this policy, with or without refund depending on the stage of work and the nature of the breach. Serious breaches may be reported to the appropriate authorities or rights holders.
